Failled twice and poor customer service.

I have failed on my first semester on one module, and very bad marks for the rest. Anyway I have not said nothing until I gave them the second semester to redo the one I have failed and after waiting more than one month it has been delivered after my deadline time to be submitted, and I have failed again so obviously because of their fault I deserve to be refunded the full amount of the work which has not been completed and failed twice.

I have failed first semester for the late delivery. For the second semester I have provided them with everything even an example how to do it on top (which is not my responsibility) and again after waiting for more than one month they delivered it after my deadline to be submitted. I am asking to be refunded for the wrong work delivered on the first semester and for the late delivery for the second one as I did fail again because of them, and they are not carrying even. I will not recommend to anyone is a disaster, the customer service and not doing the work properly.

I have submitted two assignments to have very poor unprofessional essays and results, obviously writers or non-English speakers and their English sucks I was correcting the assignments. they have no idea how to write an essay, I was hoping to get at least a first draft and improve on it but for how bad it is I had to trash it and start all over. just a waste of time and money, don't trust them at all and go to other professionals in the business. they will try to convince you that they can provide good 'distinction work' but all you get is trashy work that you wil spend even more time editing than if you do it by your own.

I don't believe the whole company scam but I believe some of the workers don't know what they are doing, and instead of admitting they force things just to get paid. I ordered a service and explained what is all about and also notify them that if they don't understand in writing, they were free to call. During two weeks before deadline, no one contacted me and I also sent several emails and no one was responding and started to panic because I had no clue if they knew what they were doing. At first we agreed that I was going to get it 3 days before the due date so that I can review the work instead they sent it on a due date but late with time. The worse thing was everything was wrong I tried to contact them, but they did not answer and they sent me black mails. they still do not give me my money back and the PayPal is reviewing this charges. I have managed to communicate with some of the clients who were scammed and at the moment we are trying to work out how we going to solve this before they break more people. And if we don't get paid at least 70% of what we owed, we will have to take things more further. we only need about 3 more people with the similar problem before our solicitor takes this further.

This tutoring sit is scam. They took my two assignments with agreed charge and due date. Before due date, they sent me one solution which included wrong equation and wrong answer. How did they can use wrong equation even use wrong equation, the answer supposed to be right, but it was wrong answers, too. I could not even see what they wrote, but I can see which equation they use because I can not see each one of number and word. It was really blurrly so some of them I can see barely, some of them I can not see them. I asked for clear note, but they never did.
